On Christmas Eve Tuesday 24th December 2019 at 3pm there was a Christingle Service. A short, informal, interactive service for all ages when we hear the story again and make our own Christingles. All Welcome
On Sunday 15th December 2019 at 6pm there was a “Blue” Christmas. The Christmas season is hard for those whose hearts are hurting. You are not alone. “Blue” Christmas is a gentle, contemplative service for those who are carrying pain or loss or anxiety. All Welcome
On Sunday 15th December 2019 at 10.30am The Christmas Story was presented, with the participation of people of all ages. A Nativity with a difference.
On 22nd December 2019 following the Carol Service there will be ‘Just Deserts’. Lovely desserts to try. Donations were for Methodist project of Ty Ogof Recovery Housing in Swansea. Over £600 was raised
On Sunday 22nd December 2019 there will be a Candle lit Carol Service at 6pm. The church will be lit by candles alone as we prepare for Christmas by singing traditional carols. All Welcome
A coffee morning was held on Saturday 7th December 2019 from 10am-12noon. Proceeds are for Refugees and Asylum seekers. Over £500 was raised
On Sunday 13th October 2019 at 10.30am there was Harvest Festival Service. entitled there is no planet B In the evening at 6,30pm there will be a Circuit Service to launch the Circuit Project about Eco- Awareness. All Welcome

On Saturday 2nd November 2019 a coffee morning from 10am-12noon was held. Proceeds was for for the charity Shuktara, set up in Kolkata, India with the aim of providing a safe and caring home for abandoned children with sever learning difficulties and life limiting disabilities. This raised over £600

On Saturday 22nd June 2019 there was a strawberry tea from 3pm-5pm. As it was fine and sunny it was held in a members garden. Tickets were £5. It raised over £200 for Church Funds.

On Thursday 16th May 2019 and Friday 17th May 2019 Madcaps preformed a two act play ‘It will never taste the same again’ at 7.30pm Tickets £5 Proceeds for Christian Aid. They raised over £720 for Christian Aid,

On Easter Sunday 21st April 2019 the morning service at 10.30am was a communion service and there was an evening service at 6.30pm. After the morning service when the wooden cross was covered with flowers it was placed outside the front door of the church and attracted attention from passers by.
On Good Friday 19th April 2019n at 2.30pm There was an Easter Vigil.
On Maundy Thursday 18th April 2019 at 7.30pm there was a quiet Communion Service.

Coffee Morning on Saturday 7th July 2018 10am-12noon, Proceeds for Swansea and Gower Methodist Church’s Circuit Project Ogof Adullum which provide a ‘place of refuge’ to individuals experiencing homelessness, alcohol and drug addiction and a point of contact for prison leavers and asylum seekers.
