14-18 year olds

Folk Dancing –  is a group of people of mixed age and ability who enjoy dancing Welsh, English, Scottish and sometimes Irish dances! We always welcome new members who like gentle exercise in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Craft Group – The craft group meets every Tuesday afternoon ( 2.00pm – 4.00pm). during term time. It is an opportunity to meet new friends and learn new skills. Thursday Circle – is a fellowship group, meeting at 2.30pm at Bethel URC premises, on First Thursday of month. There is a speaker followed by a shared tea. All are welcome.

Friday Night @ the Movies takes place once a month on the 2nd Friday, starting at 7.30pm (from October – May). The films chosen have subtitles and usually last about 1 hr 40 minutes. Admission is free, but donations are welcome and these include refreshments. A variety of films are shown, but not current blockbusters.

Cover to Cover – The reading group meets at 10:30 on the 2nd Thursday of the month in the Bethel Room at Uniting Church Sketty. If you like a lively discussion of a wide variety of books & poetry (accompanied by coffee, tea & biscuits) do come along & join us.

Reel to Real – is a get together for members, friends and neighbours of our church who enjoy watching good films and then discussing the main themes that appear to flow through them. This is a service of worship which includes the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper.

Breakout Church – This is a different style of worship for all ages to mix together. The whole church meets together at start of service, then after opening worship members of the congregation chose which activity they wish to attend. Wesley Club – We offer fun, friendship and fellowship for females of all ages, both from within the church family and the community. We meet on a Monday at 7pm to enjoy speakers and activities. All are assured of a welcome.
